( Hint - it's easy! )

My name is Sandra, and I am CPD Accredited  and Certified Narcissistic Trauma Informed Coacha specializing in working with individuals who have experienced narcissistic abuse.

I help people who have been or are still in relationships with individuals suffering from narcissistic personality disorder. Narcissistic abuse is becoming more recognized, but there is still much work to be done in this area. The most important thing is to give yourself time to rebuild, which is a long-term process. However, don’t worry – the more consciously you make decisions that are right for you now, the faster you will regain your balance. Remember, every journey begins with the first step.

Everything depends on your decision and determination. Is it worth it? Yes, especially in today’s times, when crises and rising prices might raise doubts. While there are many coaches and therapists available, choosing the right person who truly understands your needs is crucial. Together, we can work on your growth and mental well-being.

My story

Sandra Dorota Dec

I was scared, I had two young children from my previous marriage. My third child, was under one year old when I realised I felt trapped. I used to cry a lot, because I felt I can’t live in this way, pretending everything is alright on thoutside, but feeling like walking dead inside of me. I had no energy, I felt lonely, I knew there was something wrong but I couldn’t name it. I explained his control as a way of caring, his behaviour as a result of wounds from his previous relationships. I got to the point when I was afraid for my own life in order to decide I have to find a way to leave this man.

This is part of my story. When I think about it now, I can’t believe that this is who I used to be, only a few years back.

I don’t know what you are struggling with today, and even if you are only a guest in here, and need your time to get back to me, just know that you are not alone and if it’s not a matter of life and death, or terminal conditionthere is always a solution! Always! I wish you all the best and I send lots of love and strength into your direction.
